Terms of use
The status of this site, what may be done with its text and pictures, the subscription conditions, and which law applies.
Effective from 2 September 2026 · published by Oliver Hayes, Coolaroo VIC, Australia
1. Who these terms are with
zoneangle.com is published by an individual, Oliver Hayes, 1540 Pascoe Vale Rd, Coolaroo VIC 3048, Australia, telephone +61 435 347 770, email editorial@zoneangle.com. These terms govern your use of the site and the paid Angle Dispatch email subscription. By reading the site you accept them.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
ZoneAngle is an independent editorial publication about free-to-play candy match-3 games on Android. It describes games; it does not distribute them, and no game is hosted, mirrored or installed from this site.
The publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Google LLC, Google Play, or the developers of the titles described here. Product names, game titles and package identifiers are used for identification only; Google Play and the Google Play logo are trade marks of Google LLC.
3. Editorial content and accuracy
Everything written about a game is the publisher’s personal opinion after playing it on a particular handset and build in the Australian store region. Mobile games change constantly: a single update can rewrite a level or drop offline support, so a description accurate in August 2026 may not match today’s build.
Star figures are the values Google Play displayed for the Australian store region on the date stated beside them: a fact about the store listing, not the publisher’s own rating, and not warranted to be current. Where a title has too little feedback for a star figure, this site says so.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout, structure, wordmark and original graphics of this site are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and belong to Oliver Hayes. You may quote a short extract with a credit and a link back; republishing a whole page, or a substantial part of one, needs written permission.
Application icons and gameplay screenshots remain the property of the respective developers and publishers. They appear in a small number, at modest size, solely to illustrate the editorial description of the title. If you hold rights in material used here and want it removed or credited differently, write to the address in section 1.
5. Links to Google Play and other sites
Links to Google Play open on Google’s own service and are subject to Google’s terms and privacy documents, not these. They are plain editorial links: no affiliate identifier, no commission, nothing received for a tap. After you leave this site the publisher has no control over what follows.
6. Angle Dispatch subscription
Angle Dispatch is a paid email subscription.
- Price. A$0.99 per month in Australian dollars. The price shown when you confirm is the price that applies; any change is notified at least 30 days ahead and takes effect from the next billing month.
- What is supplied. Two email dispatches a month, on the first and third Tuesday, each with one original level or board concept by the publisher: a layout diagram, a walkthrough of the intended solution and a breakdown of the mechanic it teaches.
- How it starts. Write to the editorial address, then confirm the reply that comes back. Nothing is charged before that confirmation and there is no automatic enrolment.
- How it ends. Reply to any dispatch with the word Stop, or write to the editorial address. The subscription closes at the end of the billing month in progress; there is no cancellation fee or minimum term.
- If a dispatch does not arrive. Write in and it will be resent; if dispatches stop through a fault at this end, the affected month is refunded in full.
No public page is behind the subscription; cancelling changes nothing about your access.
7. Australian Consumer Law
The Angle Dispatch subscription comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth): it must be supplied with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose described here.
If the subscription fails to meet a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a remedy: for a minor failure the problem is fixed; for a major failure you may cancel and be refunded for the unused part. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which the ACCC explains at www.accc.gov.au.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not interfere with the delivery of this site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use its text to train a system that reproduces it. Do not send abusive, threatening or unlawful material to the editorial address.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Subject always to section 7, this site is provided as it stands. The publisher does not warrant uninterrupted availability, that a description will stay accurate after a game update, or that a title will suit you. To the extent permitted by law liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to resupplying the subscription or the cost of resupply.
10. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and the publisher submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Before starting any proceeding, raise the matter in writing at the address in section 1, saying what happened and what you would like done. A reply follows within 30 days and the publisher will attempt in good faith to settle directly. Consumers may also complain to Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes; the current version always sits at this address with its effective date near the top. A change never applies to a month already paid for, and a material change is notified by email 30 days ahead.
12. Effective date
These terms of use take effect on 2 September 2026 and replace any earlier version.
